Return Window

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may be rejected.

Conditions for Returns

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, manuals, accessories, inserts, and protective materials must be included.

Because our products are commonly used in baby nurseries and children’s living spaces, we may refuse returns or issue only a partial refund if returned items show signs of use, washing, installation, damage, stains, scratches, missing parts, odors, pet hair, improper handling, or any condition that makes the item unsuitable for resale.

Baby, Nursery, and Children’s Décor Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, baby-related products must be returned in clean and resalable condition. Items that have been used, washed, placed in a crib or nursery, or handled in a way that affects cleanliness may not be eligible for a full refund.

For children’s room décor, wall decals, hanging decorations, mobiles, ornaments, and similar items, products must be returned unused and uninstalled. Items that have been assembled, attached to walls, hung, modified, cut, altered, or damaged during installation may not be eligible for return unless the issue was caused by a confirmed product defect.

Gift packaging, greeting cards, custom gift notes, and similar optional services are generally non-refundable once prepared or shipped.

Custom, Personalized, and Final Sale Items

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-request items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-returnable,” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns sent without approval, sent to the wrong address, or sent without the required information may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as the wrong item being shipped or a confirmed product defect, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing supporting evidence.
