We currently ship orders within the United States only.

If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Packaging

We carefully package each order to help protect baby gifts, nursery décor, children’s room decorations, soft goods, and fragile decorative items during transit.

For decorative, fragile, or gift-style items, additional protective packaging may be used to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $50.00 or more.

Please note that the order subtotal after discounts, coupons, or promotional credits are applied must still be $50.00 or higher to qualify for free shipping.

Additional fees may apply for gift wrapping, upgraded packaging, oversized items, fragile-item packaging, or expedited shipping services. Any additional charges will be disclosed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes apartment, suite, unit number, ZIP code, and a valid phone number when required.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as they may be required for carrier claims or further inspection.

Baby, Nursery, and Children’s Product Shipping Notes

Some baby gifts, nursery décor, wall decorations, hanging ornaments, soft furnishings, or children’s room accessories may require careful packaging due to their shape, material, or decorative nature.

Please inspect your order after delivery and before use or installation. For safety and hygiene reasons, please ensure that all items are clean, undamaged, and suitable for their intended use before placing them in a nursery, child’s room, or around infants and children.

Decorative items should be installed securely and kept out of reach of infants and young children where appropriate.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed over to the carrier, subject to applicable law.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues caused by carrier problems, weather delays, lost packages, or other uncontrollable shipping events in accordance with our policies.
